How Bookstores Can Use LibraryThing

Spruce up your venue page

Make sure your bookstore's listed in LibraryThing Local. If it's not, add it! You can edit store info and add a photo. If you like, you can click the "Do you work here?" link to claim your venue page.

List your events

Do you host readings or other book-related events? Add them to your venue page on LibraryThing. You'll be able to connect with local LibraryThing members, and the information will also be quickly accessible to all readers with our free iPhone app, Local Books.

Integrate with LibraryThing

Add a link to your store in our "Buy, borrow or swap" book links section. All you need is a URL that contains an ISBN. Learn more.

Catalog your reference library

If you are an ABA, ABAA or ILAB member bookseller, we'll give you a free lifetime account to use for cataloging your reference library. Just create a bookstore account and email Jeremy (jeremy@librarything.com) with the username. If you're not a member of those associations but still have a large reference library you'd like to catalog on LibraryThing, email anyway.
