Making a Living in the Middle Ages av Christopher Dyer
The subtitle: The People of Britain 850-1520 is somewhat more accurate, but the real title is Economic changes in England, Wales, and Scotland 850-1520 and why it was never just one thing. It wasn't completely deadly, but it felt very repetitive as it went on.
½Packed with information but deadly dull. It reads like a financial report. I couldn't force myself to finish it. That said, if you're preparing a paper or writing a novel set in Britain between the years of 850 and 1520, this would make great source material.
Great bibliography, however details are no referenced to primary sources. Learned much for Regia Anglorum, SCA
