The Complete Book of High-Protein Baking av Martha Ellen Katz
This book has been fun! It's from the 70's and coming off the tail end of the hippie culture and it has a very 70's vibe on cooking from whole grains. It's informative and interesting. The recipe in here sound really good and I'm sure I'll be making some. Glad to have found it in a used book store.
