He writes on society and food for Time magazine and has written frequently for New York Magazine, the New York Times, Saveur, and numerous other publications. Hamburger: A History (Icons of America) av Josh Ozersky
Pretty good short account of the hamburger as food and as an icon. He would have mentioned the Impossible Burger if it had been made yet, I’ll bet. Worth reading.
Pretty good summary of how 70s television reflected the changes happening in America, from the "relevant" early 70s show to the post-Watergate escapist fare.
