I didn't like the 50 pages the author spent on rebutting Richard Posner, whom I've never heard of, or the 50 pages where he responded to comments on his earlier book, which I had not read. The scattered arguments in this book are typical for a book with selected papers. Professionals may like it but I certainly don't recommend this book to general readers.… (mer)
