Hello and thanks for taking the time to read and review my debut novel, SPINDOWN.

I am pleased that you found the philosophical bits interesting as well as the prologue ‘folding over’ into the later sections of the book .

I found your observation/comment about “Will this story ever end?” something for me to consider. I contacted my editor and worked with her to remove over 7000 words and a few scenes that we felt bogged the story down - So thanks for that. That’s one of the great things about LibraryThing.Com is that it allowed us to have you (and other readers) act as a focus group to make the end product better. Thanks for ‘Test-driving’ it for us. The finished book comes out in print next month.

I saw that you reviewed the book Press Pause before you eat and waondered if you recived that as an ER copy. I was awarded that book but haven't seen any sign of it yet. (If you answer this in your review, I apologize, I tried to refrain from actually reading your review until I've had a chance to read the book myself.)

I've started a group thats dedicated just to discussing HP and the Deathly Hallows. its called HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS ONLY. We could all post about the last book there so that is will be contained and we won;t have to worry as much aobut spoilers. Join when you finish the book.
