Om mig I'm a puzzle editor dreaming of becoming a librarian. I have so many books, it would take forever to put them all on this site and review every one. It won't stop me from trying!

Om mitt bibliotek While I love nineteenth-century British literature, I'm starting to read more modern American novels. However, my standbys remain, as always, Bronte and Austen, with a touch of Forster. I'm also a fan of interesting memoirs and social history, plus a sucker for anything starting with "The History of...".

I note that one of your favorite libraries is the library at Arcadia University. My son is just entering his junior year there. I agree that the library is amazing. Are you associated with the institution? Or are you just fortunate enough to live close by? (I found you via the Philadelphians group.)

Hi! I saw from the 'studying to be a librarian' thread that you're applying to Drexel - I'm finishing up the program this quarter, having gone full time on campus since last April. There are a few of us here on LibraryThing too. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the program - but, I've not taken any online courses, so I can't help you as much there!
