Om migI'm retired from the military and now working for the state doing accounting. Besides reading, I love to quilt and have to try and figure out how to fit both in. Lots of baby quilts and table runners(each bride in the family gets 12 - one for each month). Hubby is retired military too. We try to plan one vacation a year where we just sit on the beach and read for a week - heaven!

Hello again Betty! Yes, there is a division within the security police dealing with protection of the constitution, specializing in among other things threats, violence and other means of unlawful influencing politicians and the legal system. Here's a link to the Swedish security police's site in english: http://www.sakerhetspolisen.se/english/english/aboutus.4.7671d7bb110e3dcb1fd8000...

I think that Larsson was mostly well researched. With the possible exception of the flirty talk bits *cringe*.

Hi Betty! I have read them, but quite a few years ago. You need to help me refresh my memory by being a little more specific! As far as I recall, the portrayal of the legal system and police seemed rather realistic to me (who've not had too many brushes with neither). The secret agency within the security police is completely fictionous though. Nothing even remotely like that has ever been unraveled. I can't recall any exposure of secterism like that within Swedish police. The scandals that sometimes have been exposed when it comes to the security police have usually dealt with unlawful monitoring of citizens. But please, let me know a little bit more about what you want to know!

Ack! Dental surgery! Oh, noes! I hope, hope, hope that you were given an excessive amount of outrageously strong pain pills and that you will take them, even if that means that you can't watch anything more challenging than The Housewives of Somewhere Horrid, let alone read a book. And that once you feel perfectly fine again, that you will take a few make-up days to lounge around and read.

2.5 Click on Export in the drop down list.

sorry
Hi
It should not be that hard to export your list from BM and import the list to LT. LT has an import wizard and BM has an export you wishlist and inventory option.

If it helps, I can export either list out of BM (since BM has no security) and email it to you. To do it yourself.

1. Go to BM
2. Go to your wishlist or inventory (which one you want to download)
3. a link will appear at the top of the page; RIGHT click on the link and go to SAVE AS
4. In the Box that Opens; at the top where it says location: Choose DESKTOP
5. Click SAVE

Then you just have to go to on LT

1. Add books Tab
2. Under Other Options click on Import books
3. Click on Choose file; find you file and click Open
4. click Upload
5. Click import

It will take several hours as you get in line to import but i copied your inventory to my LT list following these steps.
