Om migI am a China enthusiast, primarily 19th and 20th century. I also have fairly significant interests/collection on 19th/20th/21st century political and military history, Cold War and Scotland.

I have a small charity, The Blackford Trust, which supports various projects in Scotland and China - see website details below.

Om mitt bibliotekI am in the process of uploading and entering data. I have entered basic details for 400 or so books and other items I have had with me, and/or bought, in China/Hong Kong the last six years. I have recently mid-May) returned to Scotland to live, so I have begun work on the few thousand others, mostly history/politics, which have been in store since 2002 :) !!

I will be working on this to tidy it up and add more data/reviews etc in due course. I will try to put simple descriptive/bibliographic remarks in "comments" and more "critical" comments in "reviews". Most current reviews (as of May 2009) are basic and brief and will probably be expanded later.

I have just finally made this "public" - hope people find it useful...
