Om mitt bibliotek I collect everything (as long as it's interesting!), but weighted towards religion, politics and psychology (also Classics of fiction and philosophy). Probably 90% is from thrift stores and rummage sales. Then used book stores. And a tiny fraction was purchased new.
I catalog it in LofC format. I vaguely hope to read it all, someday. If I'm good, I'll then give it away. If I'm bad---my poor heirs... ;-/
