Om mitt bibliotek
I am trying to list every book I remember reading, whether I owned it or not. I've also started trying to tag books with the year I read them.

My rating scale is based on a 10-point system. Every book starts at 5. I then add or subtract points given my impression of the premise, the plot, character development, my emotional involvement, and writing. Sometimes I feel like I'm suffering from ratings creep of some sort. I have to remind myself that the whole idea of constructing a TBR list from award winners and nominees is to avoid reading bad books.

Om mig
Transplanted the family from south Texas to Auckland in 2003. In 2011, we moved from the city to 15 acres in rural Far North New Zealand. I read, I garden, I spend time with my dogs Thor and Zuul, and I watch some TV with DH.

2023 #ReadingGoals:

#1 - Read the "best" books by Catriona McPherson and some other still-to-be-determined fantasy and/or sci-fi author;
#2 - Read at least 75 books from TBR (currently weighing in at 5,202 volumes)
