Om mig I'm an archaeologist and museum specialist who devours books like they are candy. I'm one of those people who reads product labels when they don't have any other reading material on hand when idle. I am an animal person who loves cats and dogs equally. I live in the northwest with my partner, and two wonderful book-loving cats, and soon will have a puppy.

I have a wide range of reading interests, but I'm particularly into science fiction, speculative fiction, historical novels and fiction, short stories, and histories. My favorite authors are (in alphabetical order to be fair): Isaac Asimov, Jane Austen, Jasper Fforde, Neil Gaiman, Kim Stanley Robinson, Neal Stephenson, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Outside of reading, I love to hike, garden, walk, go to movies and plays, play with my cats and with any dog I can, paint watercolors, try new crafts (knitting is my current craft), go camping, travel, practice Qi Gong, play online MMORPGs (currently World of Warcraft), get together with friends and eat good food, try new restaurants, drink tea, and watch the sun rise/set.

I love to share books and even give them away, but I always feel that I am betraying my books when I attempt to sell them.

Om mitt bibliotek Ever growing, often changing, these are the books I read and own. Some of them I have given away, most I keep because I am always re-reading them.

Right now my library is mostly in storage as we are renovating our home and preparing it for sale, so I have only added the books that I have kept around and/or remember I have. And I'm still working on my system for tagging, so none of those are up yet.
