- An avid collector of ocean liner memorabilia for nearly three decades, J. "Russ" Willoughby's main goal is to help educate people about and promote the history of ocean liners and cruise ships. His collection boasts over 6,000 items relating to ocean travel and he has personally sailed 40 times on various passenger ships to ports around the world. Many items from his collection can be seen in various books, magazines and at several passenger shipping related web sites. He resides in Indiana, near Cincinnati, Ohio.
