Om migI am a wife and mother of 3. I was recently let go from my job of 15 years (insurance investigation) so I am studying full-time (rather than part-time) to be a High School Biology teacher. I LOVE to read and, right now, don't have time for too many other things.

Noticed you liked The Glass Castle, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to learn a little more about the book before you commit:

Hi, happy to meet you here. 1127! your library is coming along very nicely :)
I did however used to think, you know, in the woods walking,
and as a kid playing the the woods, that there was a kind of
immanence there - that woods, a places of that order, had a
sense, a kind of presence, that you could feel; that there was
something peculiarly, physically present, a feeling of place
almost conscious ... like God. It evoked that.

Dear chick-lit reader,

I’m a belgian university student that loves chick-lit. Would you like to help me with my thesis and write to me why you (personally) like reading chick-lit? What is it about chick-lit that appeals to you? What are your favourite books and why? Your help would mean a lot to me!

Best wishes,

Ester Wellens
