Om mig I'm not a voracious reader*, but usually have two or three books going at once, plus I recently started listening to audio books on iPod.

I'm in my fifties and will retire in November when I'll have much more time to read and write.

Om mitt bibliotek My LT library is a combination of books I own, books I've read (some in the distant past and can't remember too much about them, other than I liked them a lot or disliked them a lot) and books on my list to read.

Some tag explanations:

"On my shelf" (fiction and nonfiction separated) = I own it but haven't read it yet and intend to (some day!). Usually, if a book isn't rated, I haven't read it.

"On my list" (fiction and nonfiction separated) = I plan to read it. I've been cruising through a lot of people's libraries and random suggestions since I started my library, so my list of books to read has expanded greatly.

"Watershed" = a book that had a profound effect on me, some even life-changing.

My ratings explained:

1/2 to 2 stars: wouldn't recommend to anyone. 1/2 star is meant to be an insult.
2 1/2 stars: acceptable, probably wouldn't recommend
3 stars: average, might recommend, depending on genre
3 1/2 stars: Pretty good read. I also use this for books I read a long time ago that I know I at least liked but can't recall much about
4 stars: Really good writing, good story, highly recommend.
4 1/2 stars: Darn near perfect.
5 stars: Stunning. Gobsmacked me.
