Hullo! That was my undergrad major. I study L-Type Calcium Channels. I just presented this P2XY paper from Nature in our journal club. It's from this lab in Canada that showed ATP-stimulated glial cells release BDNF and cause GABA receptors to produce EPSCs. Very interesting!
