Each member of LibraryThing has a Local page. This page lists the venues near you and events at those venues. A summary of this information can also be displayed on your HelpThing:Home page.

• LibraryThing Local Home - takes you to your Local home page
• Local Members - see members with the same location
• Your Favorites - see venues you marked as favorites
• Your Connections - see your Local connections
• Statistics -
• Helpers - see the members contributing to LibraryThing Local
• Add venue - add a new venue to LibraryThing Local
• Add event - add a new event to a venue

• Stats - statistics on venues and events in LibraryThing Local
• Top venue-adders - members who have added the most venues and how many venues they added?
• Last 24 hours - venues added in the last 24 hours
• 100 most recently added venues - most recently added venues
• Venues up for combination - lists requests to combine venues, request combinations from the venue's page

Search for venues in your location by street address or by venue name. The map below will change to display the location of the venues found. You can also click on the icons on the map to get location information or directions.

The map shows the 100 most recently added venues. Click on a pin to see information about that venue.
