Here is a screenshot showing the configuration settings needed:

9 is the number to use for tab-delimited, and 32 is the number for changing the text qualifier to a space. Additionally you may want to only retrieve records that are NOT suppressed (public can view and are not being worked on); and they HAVE an ISBN field filled in (020 > "").
