To make use of an RSS feed you need a feed reader. A feed reader can take the form of a program to download for your computer, a browser extension or a website.

There is a fairly comprehensive list on Wikipedia. (Don't be put off by the fact Wikipedia calls them feed aggregators - it's the same thing.)
