An early book of Dyer's, yet still very useful today for the hard times we are going through (2008 and the economic depression we are in). Studying the 1930's, you will see that people who had a "can do" attitude started or grew their empires while others were jumping out of windows. So it may be time to read this one again. You are always in control of your own emotions. That is one of the things this book taught me when I read it. It is a pretty good self-help book. I read this book within a month of its initial publication. I read it almost straight through and found it, at the time, quite motivating. Like many self-help books, it has little original to say; its power lies in the compelling presentation. I confess, I have not revisited the book since then (1976) so I freely admit I could be misremembering and I may not react to it in the same way today. I do however still recall several specifics from the book and find them useful in everyday life. inga recensioner | lägg till en recension

I have given my copy away to people many times and then gone out and bought myself a replacement book.
