... had a hard time getting into the Meridith Gentry books. The only one I actually remember fully enjoying was the last one (Swallowing Darkness , I believe). I did always come back to them, though.

Thanks for the suggestions! I appreciate them all! I actually finished 2 books yesterday. I read Swallowing Darkness by Laurell K. Hamilton. It was all right... Probably my least favourite of the Meredith Gentry series, but still I love LKH!! The other book I read was Coraline by Neil Gaiman ...
