There appears to be melodaic tone to every line. The poetry discusses things in our everyday life such as toes, clouds, sand, and lunch. The pictures and words seem to go hand in hand. I enjoyed this book. In this book there is a lot of rhyme that catches a young reader's attention. This rhyming also helps children to read. Relating everyday situations and objects to poetry teaches a child in a fun way. Due to the poetry flowing smoothly, it is a very easy book to read. In the classroom, you could use this book to teach rhyme. You could review the book with the class and look for patterns of rhyme. Another activity you could use this book for in the classroom, would be to put your students into groups and make a list of scavenger hunt items that rhyme. inga recensioner | lägg till en recension
