The ideas are presented in a very engaging manner and the book flows very well to teach you about CBT techniques. You learn about your moods and how you can improve them. You can practice them yourself then to overcome problems of anxiety & depression. This is the true "self-help" book. ( ![]() This definitely has my vote as the book most often taken off my bookshelf. I read the chapter on procrastination regularly and the others at least several times a year. I read parts of this book many years ago, and did some of the journalling exercises.
