This book is as well-prepared as might be expected of an Eyewitness book. It tells a good summery of the story (leaving out a few of the less kid-friendly parts), and adds to it with illustrations. Notes in the margins explain the history and give the story context. This would make a good introduction to the novel, and would also be a good companion guide to read with it. ( )
