It tells the story of a boy who has to go through all of the embarassing moments some children will go through at some point with their parents. Towards the end of the book, the child learns to accept his parents' ways. I love the moral of acceptance in this book. Overall, great read. I really enjoyed this book because I believe every student could relate to it. In this book the boy feels embarrassed because his parents are always doing weird things and he feels like they are different from everyone else's parents. He wants more than anything for his parents to be normal. He then realizes that everyone is different. This book was about a boy who had weird parents. They did things that constantly embarrassed the little boy. He did like the fact that they let him have ice cream and did not get mad when he won a game there were playing. At the end of the day his wished his parents normal or at least that everyone else had weird parents also. Then he decided it was not such a bad thing because they were his parents afterall. I really liked this book because everyone thinks their parents are weird at one point, and it is a good book to relate it that fact. inga recensioner | lägg till en recension
