Le génie des saveurs av Jean-François Abert
Jean-Francois Abert is one of the best food journalists of France. He wrote the preface to the legendary " La Cuisine, cést beaucoup plus que des recettes" of Alain Chapel. Both are still very instructive.
Less up its own arse than the author's last book...
