Super charming and sweet! I particularly love the way Bongiovanni builds up the group of friends that exists around Scout n Andy so deftly--they feel so fully realized.

Okay this was such a surreal book to read. It's been on my TBR since before it was available and so i was so excited to get it from the library. A couple of pages into the book I had this strange feeling that these main characters were identical to a group of queer people that i had once known and then distanced myself from. I stopped reading because I just couldn't stand the main characters.

A couple of pages into the book I had this strange feeling that these main characters were identical to a group of queer people that i had once known and then distanced myself from. I stopped reading because I just couldn't stand the main characters.
All the content in this book could be summarized in a paragraph and I didn't learn anything new. The art style is cute, though.
