An information book about the 50 states and our nation. The book goes through questions such as "how were the states named?" and answers each question by state in alphabetically order. Breaks down the government in states and in the nation and talks about what the different branches do. A very informational book for anyone wanting to know facts about the states. Only a few well placed photographs are in the book but with all the information, I don't think pictures are needed.

What a book! All the information I could google is right in this book. It talks about population, production, area and size, symbols on flags and nicknames just to name some of the things in the book. I was overwhelmed with information and I bought the book to have at home for my three kids who are constantly asking questions about the states. Great book.… (mer)
