Probably a real 4.5 but I will reread and that will confirm it either way. The main points need some action so this is more of a reference workbook and I may actually purchase the physical book as there so many good lessons. The datedness of this book was the other reason I would give it less than 5 stars. Great pacing, great writing and very personal.

I would totally recommend this to read and plan on reading Project333 next

Very good. Recommended by a friend. A lot of good nuggets such as FOMO (fear of missing out) vs. JOMO (joy of missing out)

Good resource to learn more about reducing your wardrobe. I’m not big on challenges, but this definitely has me thinking more mindfully about what I wear, have, and actually need.

Reread three years later and now am definitely thinking about cutting my clothes and accessories down to a number; I tend to usually wear the same things but still have so much sitting around that throw me off. If I truly get rid of pieces, then I’ll have those things I love and fit me well to enjoy.

Really lovely to listen to for a reread. Good to think about what I have versus what I need.
