Tawny takes a job at a party planning firm but needs a significant other to make an impression at a party. She asks David to be her fake boyfriend. David is happy to date Tawny even if it is fake. He will to spend time with her and maybe persuade her to make the relationship real.

An employment issue that shouldn’t have been tolerated causes Tawny to change jobs. Hated that situation but that why the whole movement finally came to light. Moving on, poor David needs a confidence boost. I do love the kidding that the friends do together but yes, they need to know when to back off and make sure everyone knows they are kidding. And they do a good job of supporting each other.
An enjoyable romance. I liked David more than Tawny. He grew and resolved.… (mer)
