Dr. Elaine Costello has been an educator and author associated with the field of deafness for more than thirty years. She holds a bachelor of science degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a master of science degree from the University of Kansas, both with a major in deaf education. Her visa mer doctorate was earned from Syracuse University in the area of instructional technology.
