**I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for a review.**
I enjoyed this book greatly. From the very first line, I was caught.
I am not a Minecraft fan yet I found this book easy to follow and highly entertaining. I really fell in love with Xander who is the main character.
In spite of the mistake, he made at the beginning of this book which took the lives of two of his teammates Xander has the heart of a true hero.
Xander, a warrior in training went out on a mission with three seasoned warriors.
However, his actions on the field caused the deaths of two of them.
This end result caused Xander to doubt himself and his chosen field.
Later, as Xander goes to complete his quest he learns something about his people that makes him see them in a whole new light.
Xander is disturbed by what he learns and his resulting actions are what marks him a true hero.
I would recommend this book to readers of all ages. In this short novel, Mr. Crafty has created a truly outstanding piece of writing.… (mer)

I found the unknown Quest 2 (Portal Jump) less than engaging.
