I used this along with Rick Steves’ Pocket London to plan the trip we took to London last month and, of the two, I got the most use and entertainment out of this one. The section covering 150+ sights and attractions, including photos, bus and underground info, costs, well, really, anything you’d want to know, made planning much easier. And the Kindle version automatically updated to show changes such as Big Ben’s closure for refurbishment. For me, one very useful part was his guide for picking a good seat in the Globe Theatre. We had an unobstructed view of the stage which was worth the price of this book several times over.… (mer)
