Grace Kilian Delaney

Honestly this was not quite a four but close enough to bump it up. This was my first book by Ms Delaney and I think that I will be reading more.

A pretty good character study that passed the time but nothing special.

Fake boyfriend and friends to lovers provide a double whammy of tropes that contribute to this sweet story. Occasionally I got infuriated with the lack of communication but on the whole I liked both of the MCs. That Draven is a stuntman adds an extra layer of interest and danger. I thought there would be more angst based on Jule's toxic and homophobic family, but the tale is relatively angst free.

I assume Jules's brother, Quinn is the next story but will he be with Xander or Tate.

Enjoyable prequel/sequel to the first book in the series where we catch with the events in Quinn's life while Julian was falling in love in book one.
The relationship situation here is an unusual one but nicely done.
Quinn and Xander make a great couple.
