This is a brief but useful collage of photographs, maps, and pictures. It moves back and forth in time with ease and provides recent photographs of the Transcendentalists homes and haunts.
This is quite a nice volume, exploring NewEngland through the lens of the Transcendalists of the 19th century. It is nice to get a physcial context and geography that this group of people worked in.
