Diane Francis

Diane Francis offers a variety of strategies by which Canada and the USA can regain world economic stability and a more secure future, all of which involve the US "buying" out Canadians for access to its abundance of natural resources for which it lacks the money and labour to develop. While total integration appears to be her favoured approach, other strategies buidling on trade and border integration or a National Federal Council operating like Switzerland's governance and the EU approach are also well argued and to Canadians like myself, probably more acceptable.
