Rowan Gilmore

Rowan Gilmore holds a D.Sc. and MSEE degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. Mr. Gilmore is an experienced consulting engineer who introduced the world’s first commercial harmonic-balance visa mer CAD simulator while Vice-President Engineering at Compact Software.
