Very few of the recipes actually call for particular Trader Joe's-brand ingredients, but they are careful to use ingredients that are generally carried at their grocery stores. Understandable for a marketing gimmick. I'm looking forward to trying the Cinnamon-Pear Baked Brie.

Don't worry if you don't carry a purse, this book is the perfect size to tuck into your reusable tote bag to refer to on your next grocery shopping trip. While I would recommend this cookbook probably to the college student crowd, I think it's got a lot of easy recipes for the beginner cook.
