Grandpa wants to stay warm while fishing. this comes about his friend Jake can stay warm with his scarf. So he decides to ask his family for help. However, one can't knit and other does not have time to knit. He is given a chioce to knit the scarf himself, but granndpa wants someoneelse to do it. Finally he asks his friend Jake who knitted his scarf. Jake told him that he did . With that knowledge, grandpa and Jake began to knit scarfs. Now the two old men can be warm when they go fishing

This is the second book today about Australian animals, and I'm seeing a theme: Australian animals have a difficult time finding their place in the world. Little Platypus is born, inextricably, from an egg among other eggs into a world where nobody is like he is. He wanders here and there, attempting to be a kookaburra and an emu and a wombat, but failing miserably, until he finally comes upon a creature that looks just like him. A lovely story for children and grownups, too.
A man wants a long, wooly, red, red scarf. He can find no one to make the scarf for him so he decides to knit it himself.
