Anna Kendrick was born and raised in Portland, Maine. She made her Broadway debut at the age of twelve in her Tony-nominated performance for the musical High Society. Anna garnered an Academy Award nomination for her role as Natalie Keener in Up in the Air. She has made numerous theatrical visa mer appearances, including starring roles in Into the Woods, the Twilight saga, and the Pitch Perfect film franchise. In 2013, Anna achieved musical success with the triple-platinum hit song "Cups (When I'm Gone)," featured in Pitch Perfect. Scrappy Little Nobody av Anna Kendrick
Its interesting, but im not really sure what I was expecting... I think the last hour - hour and a half really went in a different direction? But idk, it was okay. It didn't really hit anywhere in specific detail, but I do like the quiet nods she did todays healthy relationships, boundaries, sex positivity, and just living life as herself. But I dont really think I picked up anything from it nor would I recomend it to someone else.
I found Scrappy Little Nobody to be a refreshing, entertaining and honest appraisal of the author's life to date. Anna Kendrick delivers a narrative with which most people can identify - at least at some point in their lives. It's a reminder to her fans and really to anyone who reads the book, that while the nature of celebrity life is different, it's no less hectic and typical in many ways. And it's a reminder that no matter who you are, growing up can be awkward as Hell! The author's writing style is enjoyable and makes the reader feel comfortable, no matter the subject matter.… (mer)
I loved this as a audio book so much. It not only gives you a look into her life but also her experience in hollywood and just general life advice. I loved listening to her tell me story. It is so funny and the book made me laugh! Read it :) we could all use a laugh in 2016 :)
