This book is not a bad book but I was not super interested in all the materials discussed in the book. This book is very much a biography about the author Jeff Kinney but I was also expecting them to go into more depth about the diary of a wimpy kid series.
The book starts with his life before he became an author and where he is from. Then is talks about how Diary of a Wimpy Kid started off as a series on a website known as funbrain and it attracted enough audience that he made it into a physical published book.… (mer)

This book is all about American short hair cats! The author explains where these kind of cats came from and how they become domesticated, as well as their behavior and manor. I really like this book because first of all, I love cats, and second of all it had some really awesome facts about cats with really cute pictures in it. I would use this book in a reading lesson about summarizing where students have to recall the different facts about this kind of cat and then summarize it in a short paragraph. This is a great way for teachers to integrate the science of cats with language arts .… (mer)
