As a beginner just getting in to homebrewing, I was hoping this book would help me make the most cost-effective choices on basic equipment and perhaps provide some neat ideas for assembling the basic tools out of hardware parts or household items. Instead, it was mostly a guide for building advanced brewing equipment in a larger-scale home brewery.

Recommended for experienced brewers who want to spend some time taking their hobby to the next level, but if you're a beginner looking to be cost-effective, you'll find more and better advice in the books geared toward beginners.… (mer)
