The young vegetarian's companion av Jan Parr
This book was really helpful if you're looking to become a vegetarian and want to know a little bit of everything. Some books I've read are just about nutrition, but this had a little bit of history, a little bit of nutrition, a few tips on how to deal with anti-vegetarianism and the actual reasons behind becoming a vegetarian. I would definetley read no matter what age you are.
