Zillow Talk: The New Rules of Real Estate av Spencer Rascoff
This is an OK book on many topics regarding real estate from the creators of the Zillow website. There are certainly thing to learn here on the subject and is an easy enough read. Some of their conclusions on their number crunching I found a bit of a stretch but on balance there is information here that should be useful to most.
