19 CRIMINALS: A Romantic Comedy Mystery Novel… av Larissa Reinhart
I loved this very fun romance mystery novel. I really enjoyed how Maizie and Cuddles get so close. I wish that I had read at least one of the first books in this series to get a little more of the background for all the characters. I liked Nash. I loved all the twists and turns and all the trouble that Cuddles causes. I received a copy of this book from the publisher for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.
What a silly and fun read that I wish was longer! The Pig'n in a poke had me wondering how Finley was going to get out of the diner and keep her head intact when she accidentally found a dead body in the diner's freezer! Talk about stealing her ex-boyfriend's Camaro in a GEORGIA snow storm!
The mystery was solid, but some of Maisie's interrogation choices just did not seem logical.
This story beautifully interweaves the lead characters from two of Larissa Reinhart’s popular series. Author Larissa Reinhart has Cherry and Maizie each tell her own perspective of the story in alternating chapters. Since I had not read any of her previous books, this helped me get to know each of these sleuths individually. Together, they provide the reader with the full picture and lead to the ultimate resolution of the crime.
The story is an easy tale to read and I look forward to picking up more from this author.
