This story constantly tugged at my emotions. The imbalanced dual POV worked perfectly to maintain the tension throughout this epic love story. It is hard to describe just how amazing Tristan Rowen’s writing is. Reading their work is like hearing a live orchestra after weeks of listening to cassette tapes.

A book to submerge yourself in

I fell into this book. The words carried me into a dreamy summer of coming of age and falling in love. The multiple points of view were kept me engaged throughout the story. The music theme was brilliant! The songs perfectly chosen. They made everything more intense. This soundtrack will have me thinking of this book for ages.
