Fairly fast interesting vegetable recipes from Austria, Germany, Italy, Turkey. and USA. Good reference.
Noch habe ich es nicht, aber das erste Buch vom Duo Neunkirchner/Seiser* ist absolut überzeugend. Babettes lobt das Buch - also, es ist auf der Liste!
This is exactly what I have been looking for for some time. Austrian recipes for vegetarians. The cookbook is divided by seasons. I suspect that the '5th season' (any time) recipes will prove most useful, but the other sections are also useful.
