I do not collect teddy bears, but I found this book at a thrift store and it looked interesting. This book contains descriptions to identify collectible teddy bears from different manufacturers, as well as a few photos of each type. There is also a pattern in the back to make your own bear and tips to clean and care for them. I enjoyed looking through the photos and reading about the history of some of these bears. It would be a good book for someone who does collect teddy bears, especially the descriptions to help the collector differentiate between bears from different manufacturers.… (mer)
