This author just knows how to write delightful, fun loving, great stories. She never disappoints me and this one is another wonderful book. She does a great job of describing all the characters and makes them like they are your next door neighbors. Of course, I wish I had Chase as my next door neighbor! The stories are easy to read and also makes you feel good and believe in the hope that there is happiness at the end of the rainbow.
