William Mackergo Taylor (1829–1895)

Originally written in 1886 at the request of William M Taylor’s congregation, The Parables of Our Saviour, is a classic. It contains all of Jesus parables and explains them. Our copy was written in 1929 and many of the originally typos were removed. Since the original copyright has expired, this book can also be found online in PDF form and be downloaded with no cost. If you prefer an actual book to hold in your hand, our copy is found on our library shelves under the number 226.8/TAY.

One of those great, rare, out-of-print books that comes along once in a lifetime. The sermons are exquisite in their theology and so beautifully written. I have searched everywhere I know looking for another copy of this book just in case anything should ever happen to it. I cannot even find another copy of it or even so much as a mention of its ever having existed. If you should happen to find one in your journeys, do yourself a favor and grab it up. You most likely will never see two of them.
